General

What I Draw

I specialize in cute, colorful illustrations of human and humanoid characters, including characters with animal ears, tails, or other fantasy-inspired features.

I also enjoy drawing cats. Other animals may be accepted, but please note that I have less experience with them and cannot guarantee the same quality as with my character artwork.

Commission Acceptance

Submitting a commission request does not guarantee acceptance. I reserve the right to decline any commission if it falls outside my skill set, comfort zone, current workload, or if I believe I cannot deliver artwork that meets my quality standards.

References

Illustration commissions require at least one clear visual reference of the character. This does not need to be professional artwork. Sketches, Picrews, Hero Forge models, Sims characters, game character creators, or similar images are all perfectly acceptable, as long as they clearly show the character's design.

If you do not have a visual reference and would like me to create the design from a written description, please commission a Character Design instead. Character design is a separate service and is priced accordingly.

Major design changes requested after work has begun may be considered revisions and may incur additional fees.

Communication

I strive to provide a friendly and respectful commissioning experience and ask for the same in return. I reserve the right to cancel a commission if communication becomes abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate. Any applicable refunds will follow my Refund Policy.

AI References

AI-generated images may be used as visual references, provided you have the right to use them. All final artwork is created entirely by me and will never be AI-generated.

Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€). If you are paying in another currency, any currency conversion is handled automatically by the chosen payment platform or PayPal.

Payment is required in full before work begins. I will start your commission once payment has been successfully received through the selected commission platform or via PayPal for direct commissions.

For commissions placed through platforms such as Ko-fi or Fiverr, payment is processed according to that platform's payment system. For commissions arranged outside of a commission platform, payment is accepted via PayPal Goods & Services only.

Any transaction or processing fees charged by the payment platform or PayPal are already included in my listed prices unless otherwise stated. You will not be asked to pay additional payment processing fees.

Quoted prices remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel your commission before I have started working on it, you are entitled to a full refund.

If work on your commission has already begun, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The refund amount will depend on how much of the commission has been completed at the time of cancellation. Any work already completed will be deducted from the refund amount.

If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, I will issue a refund for any unfinished work based on the progress made.

Refunds are not available for completed commissions once the final artwork has been delivered.

If you have any concerns during the commission process, please don't hesitate to reach out. I value open communication and will always do my best to find a fair solution for both of us.

Commission Process

Once payment has been received, I will begin working on your commission. I believe that clear communication leads to the best results and will keep you updated throughout the process.

Workflow

Your commission will progress through the following stages:

  1. Sketch
  2. Lineart
  3. Flat Colors
  4. Final Rendering

You will receive a low-resolution, watermarked preview at each major stage for approval before I continue.

Revisions

Each stage includes up to two revisions.

Corrections to mistakes on my part (such as missing design details from the provided references) do not count toward your revision limit.

Once a stage has been approved, I will continue to the next step. Major changes requested after approval, or changes that differ from the original commission request, may require an additional fee depending on the amount of work required.

The final rendered artwork also includes up to two revisions for minor adjustments, such as lighting or small color tweaks.

Final Delivery

Final artwork is delivered as a high-resolution PNG. A transparent PNG will be included when applicable, and a JPG version can be provided upon request.

Source files are not included by default and are available only by prior agreement for an additional fee.

Turnaround Time

I currently work full-time alongside my art business. Most commissions are completed within 1–4 weeks, depending on complexity and my current queue.

If you have a specific deadline, please let me know before commissioning. I will let you know whether I can meet it.

If unexpected circumstances delay your commission, I will communicate with you as soon as possible.

Usage Rights & Copyright

Unless a commercial license has been purchased, all commissioned artwork is for personal use only.

You are welcome to:

Credit is greatly appreciated whenever possible but is not required.

Commercial use, including merchandise, product sales, branding, advertising, or resale of the artwork, requires a separate commercial license.

If ownership of the commissioned character is transferred or sold, the commissioned artwork may be transferred along with the character. This does not grant commercial rights to the artwork.

I retain the copyright to all artwork and reserve the right to display commissioned pieces in my portfolio, on social media, during livestreams, or in other promotional material.

If your commission is intended as a surprise gift or should remain private until a specific date, please let me know before work begins so I can avoid sharing it prematurely.

My artwork may not be used for AI training, image generation, datasets, or similar machine learning purposes without my explicit written permission.
